Our Commitment to the Next Generation

Our mission-powered approach extends beyond the stage. A portion of RHP profits will be directly reinvested into our sister community interest company, The RHP Nonprofit. This organisation exists to support the next generation of talent by providing dedicated development opportunities for Black, Brown, and Rochdale artists. We believe that commercial success has a responsibility to foster the future of our industry, ensuring that a diverse and vibrant pipeline of new voices continues to emerge.
